WireSix backs our service offerings with our 24x7 support team. They can handle issues related to your services such as initial setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and more. Our core mission is to keep your servers and services running, but we provide other value added services as well, but keep in mind they can take longer than fixing problems.

We do node level monitoring via Monitis.com from 3-4 global locations. We work to provide at least 100% system uptime outside of scheduled maintenance. Network uptime we typically see 99.9% or better and work to guarantee that as well. We are not responsible for downtime due to requested changes to your service, inability to use service, or outages caused by customer actions to their service. We also are not responsible for downtime due to criminal acts such as DDOS attacks. If you become a target to a DDOS attack we try to mitigate the attack at the source if possible, but in many cases nulling the customer's IP is necessary to protect the health of our network.
